Knova Agent

Knova Agent is an AI assistant built into the Knova Admin UI. It works from your Knova records and rules, under your permissions, and it helps your team answer questions and set up automations in plain language.

What it can do

• Answer questions. Ask about balances, assets under management, asset codes and the data in your Knova instance.
• Build automations. Describe a rule, such as "sweep customer balances to the omnibus account when it goes over a threshold", and the agent drafts the trigger, condition and action. You review it in the form before it is saved.
• Manage automations. Find, review, enable, disable and run existing automations, and check how their runs went.

How it works

The agent uses the same tools you can give your own AI agent through MCP, so what it can do matches what the platform exposes.

Guardrails

• Your permissions. The agent works under the signed-in user's permissions.
• You review changes. New automations start disabled, and you review them before they run.
• Audit trail. Requests are recorded in the audit trail.
